Today and the daily Briefing
What needs you, your agenda and your projects at a glance. Each morning Neura reviews everything and starts the work it can.
bitmany keeps every promise you make, to clients, to partners and to yourself, in one place. Neura, its AI operator, plans the work, does its share, and asks you before anything leaves your account.
Use it on the web today, in English and Spanish. The phone apps are on their way:
You say: I promised Sam the pitch deck by Friday. And I want 20 paying bakeries on my ordering app by March.
Neura set this up for you to check
You can build the thing. Selling it, planning it and following up on it is where it slips.
bitmany fills in the skills a big ambition needs and you do not have yet.
It is made for people running several things at once: a product, a side business, a family, a promise to a friend. Commitments live in your head, in chats and in your inbox, and some of them are forgotten.
Neura acts only through the same buttons and screens you use. Everything it does, you can see, change or undo by hand.
Tell Neura what you want, by typing or by voice. It asks the questions a good advisor would, states its assumptions, and you agree or object.
It proposes a project, a goal with a success criterion you confirm, milestones and tasks. Each task says who does it and why.
Neura works on the tasks it can do. What only you have, a photo, a file, a decision, becomes a clear requirement on your task.
Every morning, at the time you choose, you get what ran, what changed and what needs you. When a plan slips, Neura proposes a new version and says why.
An AI that can send email on your behalf has to earn that. bitmany is built so it never has to be trusted blindly.
The defaults for a new account
| When Neura wants to | It may |
|---|---|
| Plan, write tasks, do internal work | Allow |
| Add an event to your own calendar | Allow |
| Send an email | Ask me first |
| Invite people to an event | Ask me first |
| Delete something | Deny |
| Promise something in your name | Always asks |
If the mail service never answers, bitmany says the outcome is unknown. It never sends again on its own, so nobody gets your email twice.
The activity feed shows who did what and why: you, Neura or the system. Any change Neura made to a task can be reverted in one step, and the revert is recorded too.
Chat when it helps. Everything Neura creates is also in the app, where you can read it and change it without ever opening a conversation.
What needs you, your agenda and your projects at a glance. Each morning Neura reviews everything and starts the work it can.
To whom, what and by when. Neura notices promises in your conversations and proposes them; they count only after you confirm. You are reminded before the date, and warned when it clashes with other work.
"Every Monday at 9" runs at 9 in your time zone, clock changes included. A missed run waits for your decision instead of firing late.
Each approved change to a plan is a new version with its reason. Earlier versions stay readable.
See what Neura remembers about you, confirm it, correct it or delete it, and see which tasks it influenced.
Add a PDF, a Word file or a photo and Neura reads it. It can write documents and spreadsheets for your projects too.
Dictate to Neura, then read what it heard before anything is sent. Your voice is not kept.
Invite members to a project and assign them tasks. They see their own work, and nothing else of yours.
bitmany asks for the least access first. Reading comes before sending, and you raise it only when you want to. Revoking a connection cancels the sends that were waiting on it.
Connection tokens, what Neura remembers about you and the files you add are encrypted, each under its own key.
Only replies to emails bitmany sent, and mail your own rules ask for, are stored. The rest of your inbox is read and left alone.
One request revokes your connections, cancels waiting sends, deletes your data and closes your account. You can watch it happen.
bitmany works in your browser today. Create your account and tell Neura what you want to get done.
